Accommodation close to Crystal Shower Falls:
The nearest accommodation as the crow flies is a mere 300 metres away at Lookout Mountain Retreat, on the opposite side of Waterfall Way, however by road it is a 5 km loop. Despite its proximity,
there is no direct access by foot from this accommodation to the falls in this steep, vegetated terrain.
At one point deep into the walk to the falls I could hear the cars passing along Waterfall Way,
thinking to myself that reaching the road would be very difficult. A special note that Lookout Mountain Retreat has one room (for up to three people) designated as fully wheelchair accessible, including the toilet and
shower. The nearest accommodation by road that I could find was at the holiday park on the outskirts of Dorrigo, which also has good access by road to both the Dorrigo National Park and the town.

Accomodation in the closest town (Dorrigo):
Dorrigo township is approximately 5 km west of The Glade Picnic Area by road. For those who would prefer to stay closer to the amenities in town, here are three accommodation options in Dorrigo.
Dorrigo has cafes, a supermarket, bakery, petrol station, and pubs.
Caravan and Camping Accommodation for Crystal Shower Falls:
There is no camping at Crystal Shower Falls nor elsewhere throughout the Dorrigo National Park. However, as mentioned above, the Dorrigo Mountain Holiday Park is only 3 km from the
start of the walk to the falls.
